Ａ　インテークバルブ＆エキゾーストバルブをご用意しています。またマグネシウム製タペットカバーや専用インテークマニホールド等の製作も企画しております。
We have intake valves and exhaust valves. We are also planning to manufacture magnesium tappet covers and exclusive intake manifolds.

Q3　エンジンの組み立てもお願いできますか？
Do you also assemble the engine?

A　シリンダーヘッドヘッド単体での販売のみとなります。
No. We only sell the head.

Q4　手持ち又は既存のL型用アフターマーケットパーツは使用できますか？
Can the aftermarket parts be used with JMC L6 head?

Ａ　全て使用可能です。
All the aftermarket L6 head parts can be used with our product.

Is this production limited?

Ａ　一部は限定生産となる予定です。その他も品質を重視した結果少量生産になる見込みです。
Some models will be limited to production, but others are expected to be produced in small quantities as a result of emphasizing the quality process.

Everything from design to casting, machining, and processing is done in Japan.

Q9　ウォータージャケットはノーマルN42と共通ですか？
Does JMC L6 head have the same water jacket as the normal N42?

Ａ　冷却効率の最適化を図る為、CTスキャニングを駆使した内部解析を行い大幅な設計変更と改善を施しています。
To optimize the cooling efficiency, we have worked on design changes using internal analysis based on full CT scanning of the head.

Q10　ヘッド鋳造に使用するアルミ合金はノーマルN42と同じですか？
Do you use the same aluminum alloy as normal N42?

Ａ　ノーマルN42ヘッド素材を成分分析した後に、より高強度を誇る最新アルミ合金を採用しています。
After analyzing the normal N42 head, we have adopted the latest aluminum alloy that boasts higher strength.

Q11　ポートは機械加工ですか？
Is the machining performed on ports?

A　ポートに関しましては機械加工は施されず、鋳造肌仕上がりとなります。ただし鋳造時から予め理想とするポート口径と形状を鋳造時に確保している為、機械加工を施さなくても十分な性能を発揮する様に製品化されています。（限定モデルを除く）
Regarding the port, it is not machined and has a cast surface finish.However, since the ideal port diameter and shape are secured at the time of casting, it is commercialized to demonstrate sufficient performance without machining. (Excluding limited models)

Q12　燃焼室成型は機械加工ですか？
Is the combustion chamber molding machined?

A　最新5軸マシニングを使用したフル機械加工となりますので、形状を始め燃焼室間での容積も全て均一に揃っています。
Yes, all combustion chambers are fully machined by 5-axis machining, the volume and shape are all equal.

Do you ship overseas?

A　海外への輸出販売は正規販売店を通してお願いしています。海外ディーラーリストをご参照ください。
